Life is Strange: Before the Storm takes place prior to the events of the original Life is Strange.
In this instalment you play as Chloe Price, the second main character of the original Life is Strange.
This follows Chloe's time in Arcadia bay growing up and trying to deal with the loss of her father and the ramifications of having a new father figure in David a by the books Veteran who thinks things should always be HIS WAY!
As Chloe grows distant from home life she finds herself being more wild and rebellious and this leads her to run into a girl from high school who she doesn't know very well but hits it off with quite fast, Rachel Amber.
Rachel Helps Chloe escape from a group of thugs at a nightclub and from that point on the two become friends.
Lifer is Strange: Before the Storm is a adolescent story of growth told through moments of loss and grief, heartbreak and broken trust, but also love and friendship, excitement and drama.
For sure give this a go if you liked the original or better yet play this one first as its a prequel and personally I think they set up better that way.
