As a man who loves platformers, especially 3D platformers more than 2D platformers, I really really like A Hat in Time.
A Hat in Time is a 3D platformer, created by Gears for Breakfast, and released in 2017.
I normally don't play many Indie games, but this one, I don't regret purchasing at all.
It is charming, beautiful, fun to play, controls well, has a nice cast, decent to good boss fights, and a great soundtrack.
Now, despite being very fun, I do think the game suffers from being too short. You can easily finish the game in 10 hours, which is a shame because I was left wanting more when I was finished.
Some of the side-stuff isn't as fun and some levels are definitely far from fun, but other than that the game is very consistent.
Oh, and the mission in the manor, I wont spoil, but it is scarier than most horror games I've seen.
