Evoland Legendary Edition is a compilation of: - Evoland. - Evoland II. Evoland is a journey through the history of action/adventure gaming, allowing you to unlock new technologies, gameplay systems and graphic upgrades as you progress through the game. Inspired by many cult series that have left their mark in the RPG video gaming culture, Evoland takes you from monochrome to full 3D graphics and from active time battles to real time boss fights, all with plenty of humor and references to many classic games. Evoland 2 graphics style is changing as you travel through time and its gameplay evolves as you move along the storyline. It is also a real RPG at heart, with a deep scenario based on time travel: explore different eras and change the history of the world. But are you sure that the consequences will not make things worse? Full of humor and references to classic games, the Evoland series brings a truly epic and extraordinary adventure, unlike anything you’ve ever played before!

Ok so where do I start with Evoland Legendary Edition.
Well this is a collection of two games Evoland and Evoland 2.
These games are very unique in the way they do something with gameplay that isn't very often done in games, it for sure has been done before but I can promise you you will be getting a very unique experience when playing these games, The first game is a wild ride from start to finish while the second one kind of follows more of a theme.
Vague yes but necessary also yes, all I can say about these games gameplay wise is that they are mostly RPG's but that is for sure not all they are, I highly recommend going into these games blind and just enjoying what you experience.
To go onto the aspect of the trophy list, the entire trophy list is 64 bronze 1 gold and 1 plat, with out of those 65 trophies, 28 of them belonging to Evoland and the rest belonging to Evoland 2.
Now both games are a little bit grindy with both games having a card game minigame that you must collect every card for and play many games of to get trophies, there are also collectable secret stars hidden in hard to reach places in both games, these are the bulk of the grind, apart from that is the level 30 trophy which must be achieved in Evoland 2.
WARNING!! this trophy was the only one I had an issue with and I stopped gaining EXP in Evoland 2 at level 26, not sure what happened and there wasn't any answers online but after doing lots of research myself it seemed to stem from "Fighting the pirates in the colosseum" as when I went back and did that it turned out that was the ONLY way I could still gain EXP, so it took a few hours to finish off my levels just there which is better than restarting the whole game.
Apart from the one buggy trophy I did encounter MANY crashes, mostly during Evoland 2.
Overall though the gameplay shines through even if the story of both games are a little predictable (though the story being predictable is kind of part of the game) either way Great game and would recommend anyone play it, plat is a bit of a pain though but you can do it!!!
