Using Kinetic lifting powers, throw cars at enemies and kill them with it. Upon doing so successfully, you will trigger the "Special Delivery" stunt that gives an EXP bonus for each enemy killed by the car being thrown. It's not too difficult, the hardest part is just finding enemies on the street you can easily kill.
